BALKAN ENDOVACULAR COURSE 2027
BEC 2027 brings together innovation, expertise and real-world clinical practice in endovascular therapy.
On 5–6 March 2027, Sofia will once again welcome leading vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists and allied specialists for two days of live cases, focused scientific sessions, expert debates and hands-on learning.
The program will explore some of the most relevant and challenging areas of contemporary endovascular care — including acute stroke intervention, complex aortic procedures, carotid interventions and peripheral vascular disease — with a strong emphasis on clinical decision-making, procedural strategy and practical experience.
At BEC, learning goes beyond traditional lectures. Live procedures, case-based discussions and direct interaction with experienced faculty provide a closer look at how complex decisions are made in everyday clinical practice — from patient selection and treatment strategy to technique and complication management.
BEC also offers a unique opportunity to exchange perspectives across specialties, discuss emerging technologies and treatment approaches, and connect with colleagues from Bulgaria, the Balkans and the wider international endovascular community.
Our goal remains simple: to create an educational meeting where evidence, experience and practical decision-making come together, leaving participants with insights they can take directly back to their clinical practice.
